In the contest sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT), the 'Smart Conversations' team
showed a technology that accurately extracts information on products by recognizing barcodes, small barcodes and two or more barcodes that have
been tilted by 45 degrees in a fraction of a second, respectively, using the augmented reality technology-based smart glass.
In particular, technologies that can recognize multiple products from different angles at once are expected to increase productivity and efficiency, such as shorter working hours and reduced pickings error rates. The judges evaluated the technology as a suitable smart pickings-based technology to respond to small, multi-functional orders, and awarded the grand prize to the 'Smart Conversion' as they predicted that it could be applied to the actual logistics center through continuous technology development and supplementation in the future. Post Office Logistics Hackathon Award |
At the 2018 KP Intelligent Logistics Hackathon hosted by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Information and Communication's Korea Post, the "Smart Convergence" team that announced the "Vision Pickering Logistics System" based on augmented reality technology won the grand prize.
At the event, which was held under the theme of reforming the postal and logistics process and finding new business models, 'Smart Convergence' was selected for the list by receiving high scores from judges specializing in logistics by introducing a Vision Picking logistics system based on augmented reality technology to overcome limitations in logistics processing automation.

Smart Convergence participated in "MET 2018 in Kuala Lumpur PWTC Showroom 2018" and introduced 'Smart Tourism Platform and Services', an IOT-based realistic content that uses situation recognition and response recommended technologies.
MET 2018 is a leading Malaysian technology fair with companies from mainly Asian countries including Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia and Taiwan to showcase the latest technologies, and is known for a large number of international buyers. Smart Convergence received keen interest in the local market for its realistic AR/VR content exposure
and as a practical content service that supports unmanned queuing such as navigation guidance and location, store, product, and tourism guidance through the context-sensitive response technology, which is a patented technology when approaching the store.

2017 AR/VR Seoul |
Smart Convergence, which has been participating in IoT demonstration business since 2015, applied AR/VR convergence technology to Seoul Children's Grand Park, a demonstration service area in 2017,
and provides a service to guide 52 facilities scattered around 160,000 pyeong of land through smartphones. Seoul Children's University Park has 9.8 million visitors a year using the service of smart convergence, providing detailed augmented reality and virtual reality contents by branch,
as well as interesting augmented reality picture search and discount coupons. Based on the results of IoT research activities under way through agreements with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul IoT Center in 2018, Smart Convergence will strive to revitalize the local economy.

Smart Convergence won the Grand Prize at the AWS IoT Festival 2016, sponsored by Seoul city.
This event, hosted by Intel. and Amazon Web Services (AWS), has been going on since 2013 to lead future IT innovation by combining IoT and Cloud and to foster startup talent that will create global businesses.
'Smart Convergence' submitted 'IoT Smart Tourism Map Service' using situation response technology and received the highest award for its creativity, utilization, and business success.
The Awarded work of the Smart Convergence was exhibited at the 'AWS Summit 2016' event in COEX, Seoul on May 17th and the demonstration was also announced.
